A symptom is a signal from your body and inner world that something desires your attention. It is often the voice of an experience that is waiting to be fully expressed, integrated, and met with compassion.

When these signals go unanswered, they naturally grow more persistent. They act as patient guides, continuously pointing you back toward the path of awareness and wholeness.
